On the day of your portrait session, we begin with hair and make-up artistry. This is such a fun and important part of the experience.
At our consultation, we'll discuss what kind of ideas you have in mind for your dream portraits. Some women opt to go full-glam as they'd like to see themselves in a completely different style. Others will opt for a more subtle, natural look. I encourage everyone to go with what feels most comfortable for them.
Why do I offer it at the session?
Ultimately, I'd love to show you how beautiful you are. And believe it or not, I truly feel that that shines through when you FEEL the most beautiful and confident. You know that feeling you get when you're in an outfit you love, your hair is falling in just the right way, and you're just feeling yourself? That's how I want everyone to feel! And if you're someone that feels that amazing without any makeup and prefer not to wear it- that's amazing too!
Makeup and Hair artistry is there to help you feel your best. It's also a chance to be pampered! It's the perfect break from day to day responsibilities and an opportunity to get dolled up.
